Custom Covers for Industrial Equipment
If It Has A Shape, We Can Cover It
If it's equipment, we can build a cover for it. Any size, any shape, any brand — nothing is too odd-shaped or too specific. We work in whatever material the job calls for: tarp for rain and sun, padded and insulated options where the equipment needs cushioning from rocks and debris in transport, mesh where airflow matters most. Straps, buckles, ratchets, elastic hems, drawstrings — whatever keeps a cover locked on through wind, transport, and an Alberta winter, we build it in. Every cover is cut to your equipment's exact dimensions.
We've been making heavy-duty protective covers in Edmonton for over 40 years, and we've never turned down a shape yet.

What We Build
Below are the covers we make most often. If yours isn't on the list, that's not a problem — it just means nobody's asked us for it yet.

Generator Covers
Generators are the first thing to suffer in an Alberta winter. Moisture gets into the control panel, snow packs into the intake, and UV chalks the housing over a couple of summers. Our custom generator covers are cut to your unit's exact footprint — portable, towable, or stationary — with a snug top that sheds water instead of pooling it.
-
Fits any make and size, from portable jobsite units to skid-mounted standby sets
-
Tie-down options: elastic hem, drawstring, straps with buckles, twist-lock fasteners, or grommets and rope
D-Bucket Covers
An uncovered aerial bucket is a bathtub sitting forty feet in the air. Rain collects in it, freezes overnight, and by morning there's ice hanging over the crew below. Our D-bucket covers are cut to the exact edge-to-edge dimensions of your bucket — single-man or two-man, insulated or non-insulated — and built to shed water instead of holding it.
Most bucket covers on the market close with a plain buckle and strap, which loosens over time and lets the cover sag. Ours close with a ratchet system instead, so you can cinch it down tight and it stays tight — no loosening, no flapping at height or on the highway. We also build in a plastic reinforcement across the top that keeps the material from sagging in the middle, which is what stops water from pooling on the cover and eventually finding its way through.

Any brand, any generation — Altec, Terex/Hi-Ranger, Versalift, Duralift, and others

AC Unit Covers
Our AC Unit covers protect condensers and rooftop units through freeze-thaw cycles, hail, and cottonwood season.
-
Full covers for winter shutdown, or top-only covers that keep debris out
-
Custom-sized for ground-mount condensers, rooftop units, and equipment-mounted AC
-
Fits residential-scale units through commercial rooftop packages
Crane Covers
A crane parked on-site or in the yard is exposed on every side — boom, cab glass, winch, hook block, and the control console all take the weather at once. Our custom crane covers are built section by section for the parts that actually need protecting, not a single tarp thrown over the whole machine.
-
Boom and jib covers cut to length and profile, including telescoping and lattice booms
-
Cab covers that protect glass and controls without blocking access to the door
-
Winch and hook block covers to keep cable and hardware free of ice and grit
-
Engine and control panel covers sized to the specific compartment
-
Built for mobile, crawler, tower, and truck-mounted cranes — any make, any boom configuration
-
Reinforced lifting points and tie-downs so covers stay put in transit and in high wind
-
Rated for long-term outdoor storage or repeated on/off use between jobs

Materials Built for Alberta

18 oz. vinyl-coated polyester (100% PVC, cold crack rated to −40 °C)
Best for outdoor, year-round, high-abrasion
Fully waterproof, UV-stable to AATCC 16 Grade 5, passes ASTM D5733 tear strength and ASTM D751 tensile strength. The same class of fabric used on highway trailer tarps and truck covers.
Double quilted, foam-backed vinyl (100% PVC face, poly/cotton backing, cold crack −40 °C)
Cold-weather and insulated covers
