Our Winterfronts Just Got Tougher: A Material Built for -55°C
A winterfront lives a hard life. It sits on the front of your truck through the coldest months of the year, taking the wind, the slush, the road spray, and every temperature swing an Alberta winter can throw at it. So the material it's made from matters.
That's why we upgraded. Wyatt Weatherfronts winterfronts are now built from a heavier-duty, cold-rated vinyl that outperforms what we used before on almost every measure that counts — and we didn't raise our prices to do it.

Rated Not to Crack Down to -55°C
This is the number that sold us: the new material is rated not to crack down to -55°C.
Anyone who has run a truck through a northern Alberta January knows what deep cold does to ordinary vinyl. It stiffens, it splits along the folds, and by spring it's done. This material stays flexible through the kind of cold that shuts most materials down, so your winterfront keeps its shape and keeps doing its job on exactly the days you need it most.
Built to Take a Beating
The new vinyl has been tested to 1.5 million double rubs for abrasion resistance. Wind flap, rubbing against the grille, snow and grit hitting it at highway speed: that kind of wear barely registers.
At 1.1 mm thick, it has real body to it, with strong tear and tensile strength, so it holds up to years of being snapped on, taken off, and put back on again.

Slush, Grime, and Spring Sun — Handled
Repels water and stains. A factory performance finish means slush, mud, and road grime wipe off instead of soaking in.
Resists mildew and mold. A winterfront spends a lot of time wet. This one won't let that moisture turn into something nasty, even when it's packed away for summer.
Easy to clean. It stands up to a wide range of cleaners, so keeping it looking sharp takes minutes, not an afternoon.
Already Getting Great Feedback
We brought the new material along to the Lesco Distributors Pro Show n' Shine, Western Canada's largest truck show, to let people see and feel it for themselves. The feedback from truckers and fleet owners who checked it out was great, and it's the reason we're confident this was the right upgrade to make.

Better Winterfront, Same Price
Here's the best part: you get all of this for the same price you'd have paid before. If you've been putting off a new winterfront, or your old one is starting to show its age, there's never been a better time to make the switch.
Built in Edmonton, the Wyatt Weatherfronts Way
A great material is only as good as the hands that work it. Every Wyatt Weatherfronts winterfront is built right here in our Edmonton shop and patterned to your truck's exact grille, by a team whose upholstery roots go back to 1983.
Put the two together, and you get a winterfront built to outlast Alberta.
